Real estate is the rising dominating industry of Yuyuan Tourist Mart Co., Ltd. Recently the Commercial City has successfully brought forward the best-selling buildings in city center, like Yu Jing and Yuxin Buildings. Currently, the focus will be on the development of commercial real estate.
Since 2004 Temple-front Plaza and Shenyang Wansheng Complex have been completed. And since 2007, construction has begun for large commercial bases like Jinshan “Yu Garden Yajun” and Wuhan Zhongbei. The building of New Yu Garden and the expanding of Grand Yu Garden will lay solid foundation for the company’s leap-forward development.
Yu Tai Base
Centering on Huangpu’s development strategy of “one belt and three zones”, the company has started the construction of Yu Garden Middle Circle, which results in the formation of a new supporting commercial circle outside the Yu Garden Inner Major Commercial Circle. As the large commercial real estate project that the Commercial City will put greatest effort in its development, the construction of Yu Tai Base was substantially started in 2008. The relocation work and orientation have also started. This project is now in the prophase preparation.
